Radford and Aon Hewitt Welcome Dan Coleman to our Equity Valuation Services Practice

We are very excited to introduce you to Dan Coleman, who joins our equity valuation services practice as an Associate Partner based in Chicago. Dan will serve as our Midwest and Canadian market leader, and brings a wealth of experience to our team. Most recently, Dan worked for Deloitte, spending the last nine years in the firm’s valuation practice, preceded by three years in the executive compensation consulting practice. Previously, he worked for Arthur Anderson.

In his role at Deloitte, Dan managed client relationships and supervised engagement teams on projects related to the valuation of common and preferred stock, convertible debt, stock options and stock warrants, and derivatives embedded in convertible debt and convertible preferred stock. He also served as a leader of the complex securities valuation service offering for the central region of Deloitte FAS. Rounding out his role at Deloitte, Dan regularly acted as a subject matter expert and technical liaison to support audit engagement teams regarding tax and financial accounting issues related to equity-based compensation.
