Aon Hewitt and Radford Welcome David Eaton and Susan Choe to our Governance Services Practice

The Governance Services Practice at Aon Hewitt and Radford is very excited to announce the addition of two new colleagues to our team: David Eaton joins our practice as an associate partner based in San Francisco and Susan Choe joins our practice as a senior consultant based in Philadelphia. Together, David and Susan bring a wealth of advisory experience to the Governance Services Practice, and will support clients in addressing an ever-expanding list of critical corporate governance and shareholder outreach issues.

David joins our team from Glass Lewis, a leading proxy research and advisory firm. In his most recent role with Glass Lewis, he served as vice president of proxy research, leading a team that analyzed proxies in more than 100 countries and published analyses for nearly 20,000 shareholder meetings each year. As a senior leader at Glass Lewis, David was instrumental in the development and formulation of the firm’s core governance policies, including its approach to say-on-pay analysis, as well as for leading engagement efforts with investor subscribers and corporate issuers alike. David is widely regarded as an expert and leader in the field of governance— he was previously named to the NACD Directorship 100, a list of the most influential people in corporate governance and the boardroom.

Susan joins our team from the Corporate Solutions group of Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), the consulting arm of the highly influential proxy advisory firm. There, she managed and lead a team of advisors dedicated to serving clients in the financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences and consumer staples industries. In her role with ISS Corporate Solutions, she focused on working with high profile clients facing critical issues concerning executive compensation, corporate governance and shareholder matters. Prior to her tenure at ISS Corporate Solutions, Susan was an executive compensation analyst with ISS Research.

With the addition of David and Susan to the Governance Services Practice, our ability to serve clients on matters related to proxy advisor policies, shareholder outreach strategies, executive compensation plan design, and corporate governance guidelines, is significantly enhanced. In addition to providing our already experienced team of consultants and technical experts with a broader geographic reach, David and Susan will bring an incredible depth of knowledge to our clients on Glass Lewis and ISS policies.
