Brett is Vice President, Radford and has more than 10 years of experience in executive and broad-based equity compensation consulting. In his current role, Brett leads Radford Analytic Services, providing customized market analyses and compensation program support. He is a frequent writer and speaker on equity-related topics, and directs Radford's market research into underwater exchange programs. Brett has consulted many organizations in the successful implementation of underwater option exchange programs including: Adobe, Advanced Micro Devices, Agere, Agilent Technologies, Apple, BMC Software, BrassRing, iBasis, LSI Logic, Lucent, Novell, Rackable Systems, Radisys, Skyworks Solutions, Strayer Education and others.

Terry is Senior Vice President and the National Practice Leader of Radford Valuation Services. Terry is involved with all phases of equity compensation valuations, including design of executive packages; valuation of compensatory arrangements for purposes of a change in control under IRC 280G; sabbatical valuations under Topic 710; and Employee Stock Option (ESO) valuations and Employee Stock Purchase Plans under Topic 718. He was on the FASB Roundtable on Employee Share Options and is the Chairperson of the Society of Actuaries Taskforce on stock option valuation. Some of his current clients are 3M, Altera Corp, AMD, Applied Materials, Bank of New York, McDonald's, Prudential Financial, Symantec, UnitedHealth Group, US Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank. Most recently, Terry has assisted in valuations for underwater option exchanges conducted by Toll Brothers.
